GTC - General Terms and Conditions
Here are the key points of the GTC that will be sent with your final booking.
• The
captain is in command
at all times:
he
is obligated to decide if
conditions are appropriate
for navigation,
along with security
measures on board.
His word is final. He
also has the right
to disembark anyone
who compromises
the security on
board for any reason,
without riembursement.
• In
the event the yacht is
unavailable for reasons
beyond our control:
a
new date will be offered
and the client has the
option of accepting this
change or a full refund
will be made without further
responsibility on the part
of KJK.
• In
the event KJK is forced
to cancel the reservation
for any reason:
new dates
will be offered or a full
refund will be made with
non further responsibility
on the part of KJK.
• In
the event of cancellation
by client:
25%
down payment:
KJK will attempt to refill
the dates involved but
with no guarantees. Should
the reservation be re-sold,
the sum paid will be held
in account for a new reservation
to be established within
6 months of cancellation.
Entire
payment/within 30 days: KJK
will attempt to refill
the dates involved but
with no guarantees. Should
the reservation be re-sold,
the entire sum will be
held in account for a new
reservation to be established
within 6 months of cancellation.
