Booking procedures
Part 1:
Dream....decide
on the event or time
period and length of
desired escape. And
then....
Contact us via e-mail
for more detailed information
regarding your event
or desired dates. Keep
in mind that not all
dates and events may
be available at the time
of request though they
appear so on the calendar,
so try not to wait too
long.
Part 2:
We
will reply with availability
or alternative dates available
for your requested event or escape
along with information and initial
cost base. For escapes,
final cost may vary with special
requests, however all will be
reflected on final contract and
communicated as requests are
made. Next....
Part 3:
Upon
confirmation of the dates
a deposit of 25% of
the total cost must
be remitted to confirm
the booking, and the
GTC signed and sent.
Upon receipt of both,
your booking is confirmed.
Further information will
be requested at this
time in order to tailor
make your holiday. Dreams
take shape....
Part 4:
Balance
of the total cost is
due 30 days prior
to the start
date of your
holiday. All
conditions regarding
payment/reimbursement
are clearly outlined
on GTC.
